Port Lincoln Slipway has specialised facilities for ship repair and maintenance.

Our Services Include: 

– Main slip for slipping of vessels up to 1200 tonnes and 80 metres in length
– 2 smaller slips traversing off the main slip with the capacity to accommodate vessels up to 300 tonnes and 77 metres in length
– Secure repair berth to accommodate vessels 40 metres in length with 8 metre draft
– Machine shop fully equipped with lathes to accommodate 4.8 metre shafts up to 830 mm in diameter, a horizontal boring machine and a milling machine
– Fabrication/boiler shop with 3 overhead gantries of 3, 5 and 7 tonne capacity respectively
– Carpenter/shipwright shop
– Blasting and painting booth with 3 blasting pots and airless spray units
– Service store with a comprehensive range of engineering equipment and products, spare parts, paint and chemicals
